Anne's Vision for Meant For More '08

As a young woman, God instilled in my heart that I was meant for more. It was exciting to know that God had a plan and desire for my life! He also planted a desire that other young women would know that they are meant for more as well. I never knew exactly what that would look like, but knew God had something in store!

In 2006, I married Matt, a youth pastor, and moved to Northern Illinois. I began to develop a deep love for the young women of our group and had a desire that they too knew they were meant for so much more! Several youth groups in our area came together for a See You at the Pole rally in Fall 2007. At that rally, the "Meant for More '08" event began to develop in my mind. What if we could get the young women of this entire area together and pour into them as one large group?

I began brainstorming and trying to pull together a group of women. I don't remember how it came up, but I started telling my friend Heather all about my passion for this event. God had been working on her heart as well and she had the same vision for a young women's event! It was very exciting to see God's hand go before us!

We are excited to pour into the young women of your youth group, as well as ours, and help drive home the point that they are meant for so much more!
